Create and implement process frameworks, high level processes aligned to our business models, transfer of existing content to a common IT-solution, including maintenance and ownership to enable a cross-Nordic way of working.  Close down of current management systems are also in the scope.

Project manager 70%, Business Process Management 30%
As Project management for assigned internal business development project. You have a strong ability and documented experience to work as Project manager and Pejl.

 

Project management and BPM responsibility (example)

  • Primarily responsibility and focus on:
    • Manage and steer the project parts to completion according to Pejl
    • Hand over to production ensuring that the deliverables are deployed successfully
    • Implemented in the business and maintained.
  • Responsible to deliver what the customer ordered regarding time, cost (project budget) and quality objectives to ensure effective usage of resources.
  • Secure that a maintenance organization is prepared and established for the system.
  • Plan and manage implementation to the users
  • Plan, lead and facilitate workshops and meetings
  • Identify, plan, execute, and control the activities and resources to meet the objectives.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations
  • Manage and drive suppliers according to plan

 

Proven competence and experience in:

Project Management

  • 5 years’ experience of Project management for project over 5000 h
  • Documented project manager training
  • Managed at least one project with Pejl control model
  • Pejl and/or PMI certification is an advantage

Business Process management

  • Min of 5 years’ experience in the BPM discipline
  • BPM certification is an advantage

Good knowledge of the following BPM disciplines:

  • Aligning Processes with Business Strategy,
  • Discovering and Modeling Processes,
  • Measuring Processes,
  • Analyzing and Benchmarking Processes,
  • Harvesting Policies and Rules,
  • Improving Processes,
