Inköpsprocesskonsult – STÄNGD (Stängd)

Konsulten ska etablera nya inköpsprocesser i samband med att nytt inköpssystem ska implementeras. Man kommer att arbeta med krav och implementation av inköpsprocesser, support av lösningen och även ha ansvar för den pågående utvecklingen av processer och applikationer. Inköpsprocesserna avser både strategisk och operativ nivå.

The main responsbilities

Drive Process & application user forum:

• Establish/maintain a super user network in the BA
• Leading network to: Identify and share best practice, gather business requirements, communicate decisions, set up/conduct training

Drive improvements:

• Understand internal and external best practice, new business needs, new external trends and features
• Calculate business cases & recommend to steering group
• Shape projects if needed

Facilitate decision making:

• Produce decision material to “Process owner” and “Customer Solutions Steering group”
• Recommend decisions

Maintenance responsibility:

• Scope: Procurement Processes & Applications
• Analyze change requests from the business
• Be 3rd Line-support for functional topics – pass technical issues to IT
• Own release plan
• Support business in providing “best-practice” within functionality and processes
• Become business interface towards Group IT
• Budgeting maintenance costs

Subject matter expert in BA/BU projects:

• Act as SME and project member in business/operations development projects where procurement processes and/or applications are affected

Competence

• Minimum 5-7 years relevant work experience
• Thorough Procurement application competence
• Broad Procurement process experience
• Have been working within a structured application maintenance model
• Project skills – ability to drive own work
• IT-development from business perspective: requirements, test, training
• Academic exam within IT or finance a merit

Skills

• Scandinavian & English fluently – spoken & in writing
• German is meriting
