Vi letar till en av Sveriges absolut mest eftertraktade uppdragsgivare efter en erfaren produktägare som ska leda deras förvaltningsassistans för metadata och Core Catalogs serviceportfölj.

Produktavdelningen hanterar Content och tar hand flöden av material som kommer in från samarbetspartners där datan verifieras, läggs till, korrigeras och distribueras.

Som produktägare ska man framförallt driva teamen operativt, då strategi är relativt synkroniserat mellan teamen redan.

Owns and maintains

– the team’s operational boundaries (misson)

– the team’s strategic goals (vision)

– the measurements used to reach the goals (KPIs)

– the team KRs and milestones, challenging team commitment

– the prioritized team roadmap

– the prioritized team backlog

Stakeholder management

– Gathers requirements relevant to the mission

– Coordinates shared work

– Communicates the team’s plans

– Sets and manages expectations

– Communicates changes, and the impact the changes have

Inspires the team

– Paints (and maintains) a compelling picture of why we’re here

– Ensures a shared understanding for the bigger (business) picture

– Brings inspirational people to the team to learn new things and share ideas

– Sets the team up for focused work

– Works close with our chapter leads to grow individual contributors
