Project Manager – STÄNGD (Stängd)


We’re looking for a Project manager, responsible for the development, innovation and optimization of the tactical communication in line with strategic and creative direction, to reach business objectives. The project manager also implements all major campaigns in cooperation with Brand Manager.
90% operational, 10% Strategy

The PM works with several ongoing projects in close contact with brand managers, inhouse. Making sure projects match time-line and follow up on actions thru the different projects. We’re looking for someone taking on the PM role, hands-on. Strategy is not as much part of the assignment as follow thru projects according to plan, but strategic insight is much appreciated. Driven, creative and intelligent is good qualities. To be succeesfull in this assignment, one must be structured and the kind of person getting things done and keeping track.

1-4 years from communicative project lead, preferably a combination of operative project lead and creative development. Creative development – experience as client or as agency producer/project lead.
Experience from developing and optimizing tactic communication.

Functional responsibility:

  • Responsible for implementation, coordination and evaluation of tactical campaigns over the year.
  • Responsible for daily contact with Inhouse and production agencies, including managing corrections.
  • Responsible for follow up and learnings from all tactical campaigns.


  • Following will be touched but is foremost within the responsibilities thought for permanent position:
  • Develop a yearly tactical plan together with Brand Manager based on strategic messages and creative direction.
  • Develop and implement an always-on strategy together with media manager.
  • Develop and implement a relevant content strategy that will deliver tactic excellence in chosen target groups.

  • Budget for all campaigns driven by Project Manager
