Test Automation Engineer – STÄNGD (Stängd)
Our client is one of Europe’s fastest growing Telecom operators offering mobile services, fixed broadband and telephony, data network services, content services and global IoT solutions.
The Quality Excellence unit is responsible for Quality management within the B2C IT Division. The unit is composed of Quality Assurance Coaches, Test Leads and Requirement specialists.
Our client need a technically skilled Test Automation Engineers who doesn’t think great is good enough!
Role Description
As a Test Automation Engineers within B2C IT you will work with Test Automation implementation across the whole division. B2C IT main responsibility is to develop services for other developers, mainly in the Commercial tribe. The tribe is responsible for coordinating and solving technical & architectural challenges and provide guidance and simplification. In this role you will ensure continuous improvement in both product-quality and in production. Your responsibilities include:
• Manual, exploratory and automated testing
• Acting as a test automation specialist in quality refinement and requirement gathering
• Implement and drive test automation initiatives in cooperation with the development teams
• Supporting teams in creating and implementing test automation strategy
You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic and forward-thinking environment. As a Test Automation Engineer within B2C IT you are also a part of a chapter, composed of 20 QA engineers, meeting on a weekly basis to share knowledge and exchange thoughts and ideas.
Requirements
As a Test Automation Engineer within the B2C IT you need to be technically skilled, preferably you have experience working as a developer. In this role you are responsible for moving the level of test automation within the domain to the next level. You enjoy responsibility and you are skilled at communicating your ideas to stakeholders. Formal requirements for the role include:
• 3+ years’ experience working with Test automation within a digital product
• Experience from working in an agile team
