Vi tror på arbete med personliga relationer - en bransch som handlar om människor kan inte skötas av CV-databaser. Vi jobbar transparent gentemot samtliga parter och anser att det skapar långsiktiga samarbeten. Genom god förståelse och engagemang för såväl kundens som konsultbolagets verksamhet strävar Nikita ständigt efter att leverera god kvalitet. Nikita håller högsta servicenivå. Detta kräver gedigen servicekompetens men också att man tycker att det är roligt att jobba med, och att ge service. Slutligen är också miljöhänsyn värdegrundande för oss. Med hänsyn till miljön väljer allt fler kunder, att genom sin inköpspolicy, sätta krav på sina leverantörer. Nikita är mycket positiv till denna trend och jobbar idag enligt miljöstandarden ISO 14001.

In order to improve the company's contribution to a better environment we within our business activity:

• Motivate co-workers to environmental responsible actions. We keep a high level of environmental awareness and interest with a continual education and information.

• Lower our environmental damage trough minimizing the usage of energy and material in the office area. For example we avoid printing paper copies as much as possible in favour of electronic copies, all our electronic equipment is shut off after work hours and all lights are out after work hours.
• Sort our waste for paper, glass, plastic, metal etc. for recycling.
• Nikita has an environmental policy, described in our code of conduct for every employee to respect. In short the policy states that Nikita regards sustainable development as a fundamental aspect of a sound business management. The environmental activities should be structured and when motivated we should follow the internationally acknowledged environmental management systems (for example ISO 14001).
• Nikita fulfill applicable laws and regulations as a minimum requirement as well as being attentive towards the surrounding world. • Nikita's environmental management system is based upon our environmental policy and environmental activities. We also have an environmental manager, Paula Wadström who continually oversees Nikita's environmental management system; how we implement what we have decided and how it can be improved.
