Senior compensation & benefits consultant – STÄNGD (Stängd)

We are looking for a compensation and benefits senior consultant with experience from international companies.

With the following skillset:

• Problem solving: Review existing processes and programs and develop processes/propose improvements in the area of ​​compensation and benefits, adapted to the customers culture.
• Knowledge of incentive programs and equity programs
• Have the compliance perspectiv​e
• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced in partnering with senior stakeholders

Assignment description

• In urgent need of a resource that evaluates, suggest improvements/develops existing programs and processes (20-30 hours a week)
• Review existing processes and programs and develop processes/propose improvements in the area of ​​compensation and benefits.
• Suggest/Develop guidelines, policies, instructions in the area of ​​compensation and benefits.
• Knowledge of incentive programs and equity programs
• Have the compliance perspective
