The product has the mission to grow the number of active end customers and to help them get more out of each step in their journey, offering the right products, services and pricing at the right time.


Job Description:

As a interim Senior manager of Product the assignment focus will be on executing on the current strategy, to follow up and ensure the organization deliver according to plans, to remove obstacles and challenges for the Product Managers. In the long run as an interim or later for the permanent position the focus will be on 3 main areas…


Drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution across the organization. 

  • Set, own and drive the  Product vision and Roadmap together with Tech and Design leads
  • Think strategically and articulate that strategy
  • Make cross-functional, strategic trade-offs
  • Make data driven decisions

Create and empower a professional product management discipline.

  • Manage a group of Managers and senior Product Managers
  • Train and invest in improving product managers and strengthening the Product management chapter
  • Represent product management on executive level
  • Empower PMs in their organization to work effectively and get things done

Collaborate & set cross-company product management processes.

  • Develop processes needed to run product development efficiently, prioritize product decisions, and launch products
  • Identify, understand and close gaps in talent, knowledge, processes, tools
  • The Senior Manager of the Product forms, together with the Tech and Design leads the leadership. In this capacity you are jointly responsible for:
  • Setting the product vision and roadmap for the  product development organisation
  • Setting goals together with each area, and providing the means and guidance needed for reaching them
  • Providing clear mission and expected outcomes in relation to overall strategy
  • Providing regular feedback on area priorities and solutions
  • Encouraging the areas to continuously learn and improve
