Software Engineer Mainframe/Cobol (Try & Hire) – STÄNGD (Stängd)

About the job
We are looking to our client for a service minded and energy driven Software Engineer in the beginning of the carrier to their our ORG- team.

The team is a small team where you will be an important part to maintain, improve and support the Organizations, Authorization – and Deposit insurance systems on the mainframe platform.
They are a part of BIO Group Functions and value stream Controlling & Steering. They offer you the possibility of an interesting and varying job with possibility to grow.

What you need to succeed – maximum 5 competences

You have worked as a mainframe Software Engineer / Developer for at least 1-2 years and have good knowledge in design and programming. You are driven and solution oriented and you are a strong team player.

You have/are:

• Have Cobol coding skills, Mainframe and DB2
• Skills in Unix / Java are an advantage
• Experience from or interest in working in an agile way of working / scrum team
• Open minded and willing to learn new things and ways of working
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-driven, gives and takes responsibility
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills (both in Swedish and English)
• Academic degree in IT, Engineering or similar
