Test facility Engineer
Our team at the Strategy, Facilities, and Investment department within R&D is dedicated to ensuring that our test facilities are appropriate, sustainable, and fully functional. With a diverse group of 11 individuals with various backgrounds and areas of expertise, we have a strong collective knowledge base.
As a Test facility Engineer within the testing domain, you will be part of ensuring that our test facilities comply with internal policies, legal requirements and are appropriate. The role includes a wide range of assignments. It includes leading or participating in security initiatives to ensure facilitates and operations comply with the Competition law EU directive. It also includes supporting non-product investments, coordinate test facility needs as well as map, prioritize and carry out CAS (Cost, Attractiveness & Sustainability) improvements in our test and workshop facilities. Effective collaboration and networking with both internal and external partners will be essential in achieving our goals.
Main responsibilities
- Facility Coordinator & Liaison Engineering. Including:
- Solve test facility related issues.
- Control implemented measures and improvements
- Documentation and reporting.
- Map and prioritize with team, test facility improvements connected to CAS (Cost, Attractiveness & Sustainability).
- Support the non-product investment process and cases
Required Qualities
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Economics and Management, Economics and production technology or similar
- Knowledge from large Test Operations, Manufacturing, Facility Management, Finance or Audit
- Experience of collaborating with wide span of stakeholders in large organizations.
- Excels in structuring, documenting and implementing changes
- Fluent in English and Swedish
