About the team

The team is the task-force supporting hiring managers and finding specialists and interim consultants. The scope is world-wide and cross-functional, which means they support hiring managers in Berlin, Sthlm, New York, Sydney and with all types of competencies varying from Engineering to Finance and all inbetween.


Work tasks include

  • Manage consultancy requests from hiring managers
  • Manage the process for consultant administration, e.g. enrollment of new consultants, time reporting, invoicing, extensions and termination of agreements
  • Manage the administration of new suppliers and all related tasks e.g. invoice issues,
  • Responsible for documentation, statistics and reporting
  • Responsible for internal stakeholders e.g. Procurement, Commercial legal and Compliance
  • Continuous support to internal stakeholders e.g. hiring managers
  • Responsible for Service Level and KPI
  • Contribute to developing the customer’s business areas
  • Maintain and develop supplier collaboration
  • Follow up on prices and perform cost-saving activities
  • Ensure compliance is structured and ordered around supplier
  • Handle escalations to supplier
  • Source and manage supplier base and draft plan for entering new countries.
  • Responsible for global supplier database
  • Drive performance and improvement initiatives, including daily monitoring of all performance, quality, and SLA measures
  • Responsible for contract management

Skill-set

  • You have previous experience from independently managing the process for hiring a consultant
  • You are used to performing cost saving initiatives (and have a great track record of it!)
  • Preferably you have previous experience from implementing system support for contingent workforce

Start: Mid-March
Contract length: 3 months with option to extend
Location: Stockholm
