Agile coach and scrum master to Industrial Operations Digital – Parts Supply and Logistics (PS&L)

This role is within our Industrial Operations Digital team, which has the goal to provide digital products to support our global supply chain cluster.

You will be part of the global supply chain cluster with the goal to support and enable stable and reliable supply chain solutions, with specific focus on the parts supply and logistics (aftermarket). It enables our business to supply spare parts to our global partner network.

In the role as Agile coach & Scrum Master you coach the teams in all aspects of SAFe and agile ways of working, ensuring mind-sets and work to optimize deliveries through the flow of value. Furthermore, you will organize and facilitate the teams and cluster ceremonies like iteration planning, demos and retrospectives. Establish and improve planning and delivery iterations is also important.
You will also enable and facilitate clarity in prioritization and ensure transparency of team progress, releases and achievements across the organization as well as facilitating measurement of results. Assess the maturity of the team and organization and coach the teams and its members to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
Help to manage and reduce risks and dependencies as well as removing, escalating and tracking impediments. You will work with colleagues at all sites around the world but extra close collaboration with the product owners and product manager.

Your experience
• Experience from Automotive and supply chain
• Certification and several years of experience as Scrum Master, preferably from several global organizations.
• Understanding of Software development (in-house, COTS and SaaS)
• Experience in Azure DevOps, Jira or equivalent
• Experience from working with coaching and facilitation.
• SAFe, Scrum and DevOps experience
