Join us as HW Design Engineer within the Charging team. We are responsible for the development of competitive charging solutions for on-board charger, DC/DCs, Wallboxes and EVIs. The team is the core competence centre in Northern Europe in regards to Charging solutions. The on-board charger (OBC) is essential for electrified vehicles, it holds the functionality to charge the traction battery from the grid, and it is for sure of highest importance in a pure electric vehicle. Both AC- and DC-charging are in current projects and wireless charging is already around the corner.

What you will do
• Review and support the development of design of electrical HW components, e.g. OBCs and DC/DCs
• Support the quality work for our legacy products
• Balance and optimize electrical HW design against electrical requirements
• Manage supplier contacts concerning timing, technology and cost

You and your skills:
• MSc degree in Electrical engineering or similar
• Experience working as an electrical design engineer
• Familiar with design and analysis of power conversion topologies
• Familiar with VPDS and VCAF development process
• Leadership experience, i.e. as a scrum master or similar technical lead.
• Driver’s license (B)
