Key Responsibilities:
· Effectively partners with senior-level stakeholders, potentially across multiple areas of domain expertise
· Holds full accountability for performance and results of senior-level searches
· Responsible for driving and executing on the TA strategy in line with the business strategy
· Builds, maintains, and owns extensive global TA projects
· Coaches/mentors more junior team members across the TA org
· Is participating in at least one TA project
· Drives collaboration with PX Partners & Finance partners teams to build process improvements for operational effectiveness based on data, beliefs and insights
· Works closely with business leaders to identify areas of challenge and helps provide a solution
· Can easily jump in on Director+ searches
· Can take on TA Lead responsibilities as needed. The TA partner role can be an expansion of the Sr Recruiter role but is not a role or title change
