Release Train Engineer (RTE) – STÄNGD (Stängd)

As Release Train Engineer (RTE) in a development program based on the Scaled Agile Framework.

The responsibilities include:

• Organize, schedule, perform and facilitate events related to Scaled Agile, as PI planning, Inspect and Adapt workshops, Product Owner sync, System Demos and Scrum of Scrums
• Resolve escalations during PI planning and PI execution
• Work with other stakeholders to remove barriers and get decisions where cross program issues.
• Escalate train level risks and issues needing management attention and work with the teams to find mitigations
• Facilitate dependencies between teams within or across various Release Trains o Facilitate backlog refinement sessions and support setting and communication of program priorities to teams
• Technical Project Manager and coordinate several team’s effort in specific joint epics to meet a program objective and deliverable in time
• Support coordination of outsourced development and supply chain
• Support program release management.
• Collaborate with product management, product owners and other stakeholders to provide guidance and support on backlog preparation
• Mentor and coach to Agile Release Train (ARTs) on Agile/Lean/SAFe Principles, including support of teams in creation of epics/features/stories with good definition of done
• Gather and report metrics on program execution
• Train new team members in  SAFe® implementation
