AL/CL for secure development – STÄNGD (Stängd)

Team lead for the Secure Development team, enabling Engineering to design, build and deliver secure software and products at a high pace

Tasks and responsibilities

● Lead and manage a team of talented application security engineers with the mission of enabling engineering to design and build secure solutions
● Lead application security initiatives in the organization by creating and delivering training programs for engineers, data-driven threat modelling process, and vulnerability retrospectives
● Elevating Engineering security competence, aiming to produce Security Champions across engineering teams

Required Skill-set

●  Experience in building and running an application security program
●  (Nice to have) Experience in building applications and scripts with NodeJS, React, Python
●  People management experience (7-8 people)
