Business Analysts – STÄNGD (Stängd)

As a Business Analyst you will act as the interface between our client clients and the IT organization by translating business processes and needs into detailed functional requirements. Additionally, you will ensure that the team of developers and testers has a clear understanding of the clients’ requirements.The role will be based in Stockholm, but might on occasion involve international travel to our other offices and clients.

• 5+ years experience in working with post-trade financial systems (banking or stock exchange)
• Master degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or similiar
• Language: English
• Experience in:

o   Design customer solutions based on requirements provided

o   Write & Produce detailed functional specifications for teams

o   Handle user queries regarding system functionality

o   Provide input for project schedules, risks, scope and budget

o   Prepare, lead and facilitate customer workshops/presentations

o   Supporting agile development teams

• Other required skills

o   Highly developed social competence

o   Highly developed communication skills
