Business Test & Data SME

Background
We are looking for an experienced Business Test & Data SME to join our Atlas program team within the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) stream. This role will focus on test execution and data-related tasks, while also offering flexible support across other areas within the stream.

As the Business Test & Data SME, you will support all aspects of testing and data—ranging from strategy and planning to execution—within the Lead-to-Cash area. You will collaborate closely with the business workstream, report to the Workstream Lead for L2C, and work in close cooperation with the Test Lead and Business Data Lead for L2C.

The main location is our partner’s Solna office, but operations are also spread across Sweden, Finland, and the US. Some travel will be required as part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Migration:
• Support data migration activities, including validation of data extractions, analysis, and integration with the SAP environment
• Be proactive in identifying and addressing issues beyond your direct responsibility, contributing to the overall success of the project
• Provide support across various L2C-related topics as needed
• Participate in business discussions within the L2C stream

Test Support:
• Ensure thorough review of test cases created by the SAP implementation partner
• Assist in evaluating and validating test scenarios
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the L2C process
• Ensure compliance with the defect management process defined by the SAP implementation partner
• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to proactively resolve data and testing-related challenges

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred

Professional Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in testing and data management
• Experience with system implementations is required; prior involvement in the process industry and SAP implementation is essential
• Knowledge of related SAP modules (e.g., SD and MM) is beneficial
• Proven experience in data extraction, validation, and quality assurance
• Strong test management skills, including the ability to prioritize, manage timelines, and meet deadlines
• Experience working with Solution Manager/Focus Build is required
• Fluency in both English and Swedish, written and spoken

• Detail-oriented with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
