Data Migration Business Analyst – STÄNGD (Stängd)

Background: 
We are seeking an experienced Data migration Business Analyst to join our Corporate Delivery team for a fixed time period. Our Corporate Business Delivery team is responsible for defining and delivering critical changes required by the business areas Regulatory Compliance, Player Sustainability and Finance.

We are the bridge between these areas and the technical teams, and our role is to define, drive and own delivery. Tasks:

• The successful candidate for this role will be expected to drive requirements gathering to facilitate migration from a third party to Kindred
• Identify and gather requirements across teams and map any dependencies
• Ensure data mapping is complete and accurate and meets the agreed expectations of compliance and business stakeholders
• Analyse customer journeys and business processes to cater for any migration impact being considered
• Produce and manage documentation for requirements gathering, change log, data mapping and any issue logs
• Manage change of requirements and/or solutions in response to changing circumstances to ensure business agility
• Keep all stakeholders updated on key milestones and decision points; manage appropriate escalations
• Collaborate with other Business Analysts working on the project to align on delivery requirements related to migration
• Write user stories and acceptable criteria for features required for migration

Requierments:

• Experience working on data migration workstream related to customer account migration
• Experience working with Compliance teams
• Ability to understand technical concepts
• Experience in facilitating workshops to gather requirements
• Critical thinking and good problem solving skills
• Flexible and pragmatic approach to methodologies and processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
