Lead ServiceNow Architect – STÄNGD (Stängd)

We are looking for a ServiceNow architect to help plan the architectural and design aspects of a Service Now migration project. This includes understanding the needs based on current data and process implementations and converting this into best practice out of the box Service Now designs.

Skill set: 

• Expert level for BMC integration and work flow development to help untangle current solutions and plan for long term ServiceNow migrations, maybe previous BMC experience but current ServiceNow experience.
• A deep knowledge of the Service Now platform and the ITSM, CSM and ITOM modules is required to succeed.
• Previous experience from migration projects to Service Now and experience from other competing ITSM/CSM/ITOM tools is an advantage.
