Projektledare för process- och systemimplementering inom transport- och ERP/TMS – STÄNGD (Stängd)

The customer is looking for a senior project manager with a strong track record from implementing both processes and systems within the supply chain/ outbound logistics area. Experience from our industry, or from similar industries within manufacturing/ process manufacturing, and from implementation of ERP and/or TMS solutions, is important to succeed in this role. The project Manager will work closely with the OTC program manager, key stakeholders within the Supply Chain organization, the IT organization, and together with the project managers for interfacing OTC projects, primarily Order Management and Supply Chain Planning.

The TM project has a broad scope and covers the following main areas:

• Logistics agreements
• Logistics Master data
• Delivery forecast
• Delivery planning
• Customs clearance process
• Delivery
• Delivery deviations
• Transportation claims and damages
• Returns
• Logistics supplier invoice management
• Physical stock taking
• Supplier Management
• Sustainability reporting

Required skills:

• + 10 years of supply chain experience
• Experience from implementation of supply chain processes and supporting systems, ERP and/or TMS systems

General

• Documented experience, with references, from managing complex supply chain projects
• Experience from manufacturing/process manufacturing industries
• Strong leadership skills
• Good English skills, both written and spoken

• Report status and progress to the OTC program manager
• Set up regular meetings with the TM project owner and other stakeholders

Location can be discussed. The work will to a large extent be done remotely using digital meetings
Some travelling to the HQ in Solna and to paper mills will be necessary
The assignment starts in early January 2023 (100%)
The length of the assignment will be at least until the end of 2023, with an option for extension thereafter
