Senior Analysis Engineer- Vehicle Energy Efficiency

Your role:
– You will be the one who keeps track of our process and procedures and make the necessary analysis to get the wanted results, you will create assignment time plans, which meet the overall project plan and coordinate different analysis You will work close to the stakeholders.
– You will make forecasts for CO2 and RANGE at different program gates and set official data for CO2 and RANGE. Your work will be cross-functional to make sure the car program reaches its expectations and goals. 
– You will manage and develop the Vehicle energy efficiency assignment with a cross-functional team to secure deliveries and results. You will also report the assignment status and decisions to the programs and VEE team (VEE = Vehicle Energy Efficiency)

You and your skills 
We are looking for you who have a Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering as well as experience of working as project manager within product development. Professional background from vehicle propulsion and vehicle energy efficiency aspect is beneficial. 

As a person, we believe that you are a structured, analytical and performance-driven individual with great leadership skills. You are flexible, willing to embrace challenges and you have the ability to operate in a frequently changing environment. To be successful in this role, you need to be persuasive and efficient in communicating with various stakeholders (including high-level management) and experienced in cross-functional negotiations/collaboration. Having an interest in the area of Vehicle Energy Efficiency is definitely an asset.
